Cancellation Policy

Bookings require review and approval. Payment will be collected after the service is completed via invoice or payment link. Bookings are confirmed based on the information provided at the time of scheduling. Final pricing is subject to verification of actual property size, condition, and scope of work upon arrival. If the property exceeds the size or condition described during booking, additional charges may apply. If inaccurate information is provided regarding square footage or property condition, and the service cannot be completed as scheduled, 50% of the service fee will be retained to cover reserved time and operational costs. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. By submitting a booking request, the client agrees to these terms.
